This magical space was built way back in 1927. has woven into itself different identities and characters over time.
In its early days, the building hosted one of the first three taverns in Belgrade. Through the doors of the tavern, people of various life destinies passed, bringing with them stories of love, friendship and adventures that would then be retold for decades.

After the Second World War, the tavern changed its name until today – “Uprava 1927”.

However, decades of existence and unclear reasons for non-maintenance have taken their toll. The facades are dilapidated and faded, and the roof has bent under the weight of time.

However, the ravages of time do not have to be the winner. There was a will and determination to restore what was once great. Every detail that was lost can be restored, every damaged surface can be repaired. The key to success lies in the dedication and passion invested in the renovation process. Villa 1927 rose from the ashes and shone in its full beauty.

Villa 1927 was renovated down to the last detail in 2018, and the complete renovation of the apartments was completed in 2022. .
